BFS has been busy. First I got bit by a cat and was in hospital for 4 day am much better now. But before that happened we were at Yukon Petsmart for an outreach adoption event. We took dogs that trip. We didnt adopt any that day but I have had a call about one of them since. We are going to Wichita Falls Tuesday Nov 22 to pick up a senior kitty named Abbie.

tomorrow well today lol. Tuesday we are going to OKC to pick up 3 kitties ages 22, 19, and 15 from an older lady who needs them to be placed together in a loving home. I feel I can provide these babies with a loving environment thats safe, stress free and loving. They are all 3 girls named Sassy, Sugar and Prissy. Their story is sad just like many stories. Their owner is not in great health is older & lives alone. So she is moving to Texas to live with her sister and her sister is allergic to cats. So she can not take her babies with her that she has had since they were 6wks old. Anyhow... on way home I am making a "welfare" check on a kitty that FFHS adopted out and then I am stopping in Hinton/Hydro to pick up 2 kittens that arent kittens anymore they are about 6months old and hopefully NOT pregnant.

Link and Zelda- well Link has settled in nicely, Zelda is still hiding under Bryans bed but I gave her food and water and she has to be coming out to use the toilet while we sleep because shes not going under his bed, I looked. Link is a very kewl cat I will soon update this on them I am tired now and I am going to bed.

shes getting spayed today. I wonder if that means she will quit walking through the house mewing LOUDLY. Although I have now learned that siamese are vocal so take a pick she was in heat or she was being vocal. She is a strange creature that heartly. Shes unlike the other cats I have had through my life. She is my first siamese though so maybe thats why. She doesnt like me she sees me and takes off running. Although the last few days we have bonded. She is the one who hurt Shadow the black long haired kitten I got from my mom months back. She injured his eye and he is now blind in the one eye. She had a mean streak in her but here lately she has seemed to calm down a bunch. She took a liking to my son Bryan and normally can be seen hanging out on his bed. She also jumps up on my counters and stove and pees on them. And if I leave food out she finds it and helps herself. She now has taught that trick to Kaley. So now have both peeing on my counters lol. I just clean it up and go on. Heartly can come home tomorrow morning.

So a lot has happened in the year that I havent posted lol. not sure if its been a year but feels like it.

I have moved to another town, the kids and I moved to same town as my mom. Words can not express how happy this made the kids and I. I am forever grateful that an opportunity came up that allowed us to move here. Yes mom helped me move here and I am ever grateful to her for this as well. The house we bought is wonderful, its a 2 bedroom but I just fell in love with it. Plus the kids LOVE it as well.

We havent moved the dogs here yet but the cats are here. We have misc stuff still at Jims we will get them eventually.

Felicia hasnt been well in a month. It started with pain in the right side then moved to the left side now is in both sides and associated with nausea. Shes been to a surgeon 3x he says she has a 5cm mass on her spleen along with other cysts but its NOT the reason for the pain and nausea he wanted a colonoscopy she refused so then he kind of acted like she was lieing trust me she is NOT faking this. We go back to reg dr Monday and then back to surgeon Tues. On top of that she has a temporary crown yesterday on a tooth that was knocked loose months back. She goes back Sept 15 to have the permanent crown put on.

I applied for disability been to one dr now i go see another on Sept 14.

Bryan turned 16 yesterday, and Felicia turns 18 in October. She will start college in early 2011 I am depressed :(

Jim didnt call Bryan yesterday for his birthday so I am bit peeved. He called this morning to yet again GRIPE about something. The only time he calls me is to gripe and moan about stuff. Never a how are you how are the kids, nope has to be a negative call. One of the reasons it was so easy to move away from him was because of his negative attitude. There is so many more reasons but it doesnt matter its all water under the bridge.

I am happy the kids seem to be happy thats all that matters.

Hobart Carnival

So left Friday to take the kids to the Hobart Girls Connection Carnival with my 2 nephews, sister, mother and my 2 kids. Bryan on the way there felt icky and thought he was gonna vomit. Then he felt better but then later that night he felt icky again and so did Felicia & I. He managed to throw up all over my moms wall and I kept running outside to vomit (I am a shy vomiter what can I say). Anyhow after throwing up all night I forced myself to drive home coming home today.

As for the carnival, we took a lot of pics I was NOT impressed with the rides they looked dirty, unsafe and unstable. They had a zipper, ferris wheel, Octopus/spider, merry go round, slides that if u were 5ft and under u could ride, sizzler, bumper cars, wipe out, The patriot/kamikaze, some kids rides. The kids noticed one of the rides was on some blocks that looked like it was about to fall off. The tickets were 2.50 each unless you bought them in advance which mom did. I will post pics at a later time Felicia has the camera and shes staying all night at my mothers. Today they had arm bands 20bucks from 1-5pm. So Brandy took the nephews up and got Austin an armband for today. So thats it, since I still feel real sick I am going to bed.

Ice Storm 2010

so Thursday Jan. 28 an ice storm hit Oklahoma. iMO hardest hit was southwest oklahoma. Hobart was without power for 5days. Mangum was on emergency backup generators for 5days. Even today a week later MANY people are still without power. I got all updates and news from twitter and Lawton Constitution was the best and ONLY newspaper reporting news about SW Oklahoma. The OKC tv channels and newspapers mentioned sw Oklahoma like once through it all i am very upset about this. This happens during storm season too they always mention the metro area but hardly mention Altus, Lawton, Hobart, Mangum, Granite, Lone Wolf, Synder, the list goes on. My sisters only news during the power outage was twitter via her cell so she was shut off from the rest of the world and Lawton Constitution took their own time with no power to answer questions and find out answers for everyone. They were really wonderful I am really impressed with them. I mean twitter is just that twitter they at the paper did NOT have to help anyone and get that info out there, they didnt even have power themselves and alot of the reporters just got back power recently. So yea I am very grateful. their name on twitter is @LawtonConst

Mangum had power on the back up gens but United was out of food we were teh only town for awhile that had power for food, gas etc. I know i am grateful that mangum had these generators or else wed been without power as well. Of course runnin on the gen had its problems too. There was still a lot of power lines down through out mangum including my neighbor who was without power for 6days. We still have a line down in our yard but its to the street light. Also mangum shut off the street lights to conserve on the gens because they were over heating. We were told to conserve water and any power we didnt need dont use. Mangum hired outside help to come in and help with the power lines. As did hobart mom said there was about 75 trucks in Hobart to help with the power lines.

With my health and the cold I ended up getting a horrible head cold with a cough was worried I had pneumonia at first but i seem A LOT better now I guess taking all that cough syrup helped me this time.

Through it all I kept Faith and prayed every night for our Pastor and his family who just now got their power on last night, they stayed at the church for heat. I prayed for my mom and sister who were without power for 5days as well. I am still praying for everyone who still doesnt have power and for the fact that everything is still not thawed out yet and we have more bad weather moving in. Its supposed to snow off and on today as it did last night. Then Sunday night & Monday more snow in the forecast and then again Thursday more snow.

my outside cats seem to be okay ive seen 4 of them so far. My inside cats are okay except one. Her name is Angel she is not well I am not sure what is wrong with her shes very lethargic and just isnt right. The vet, my vet is in Hobart, is without power and I cant get to Hobart anyhow, she needs antibiotics i think but again I am not sure what is wrong with her.

Through it all I am glad it is over, slowly everyone can start putting back their lives on track. I was only able to do laundry yesterday so you can imagine it was backed up. I had 3 loads and I own a triple loader lol.

So anyhow thats about all on the Ice Storm in Oklahoma 2010....

my cholesterol is still high so im back on the Lopid, my thyroid is under active so I am on Synthroid for that. I have to have a test ran to make sure its not thyroid cancer, I have to have a CT Scan on Thursday of my lungs because the stupid pulmonary doctor now has decided that i do in fact need the biopsy now on the lung instead of a year from now like he told me when i saw him last. (probably because my regular physician had a fit when i told her that he wanted me to wait a year for the lung biopsy) so after the CT Scan then I will be scheduled for the biopsy on the lung. My white blood count is off but on the plus side my shortness of breath is NOT heart related. I already take all these other pills. My edema is worse so they doubled my lasix and doubled my potassium pills

so did the sleep study thing, I do in fact have sleep apnea but it isn't severe enough to have to wear a night mask thing.

I have a 2mm spot on my upper lobe of my lung that needs to be biopsy'd but he said I could wait to do that.

I need to have a stress test ran with a cardiologist. Dr Cox said he truly believes that my shortness of breath is in deed heart related either cardiovascular or cardio. I keep putting off making my appt

I saw the new pulmonary doctor his name is Dr. Cox he scheduled me for a sleep study Dec 11-12 which is where i sleep in the hospital with machines hooked up to my heart and brain to check brain waves and heart rhythm he believes I have sleep apnea and he thinks I have heart disease and something about my right or left ventricle in my heart. He says with cystic bronchiestatis my shortness of breath shouldnt be worse one day and ok the next day so he believes the shortness of breath is my heart plus since we cant control my high cholesterol thats another reason he believes I have heart disease and the factor with my edema he says with my age i should be responding to the lasix and not be swelled all the time. So we shall see what happens although I do not know how anyone can sleep with wires and electrodes hooked up to your head chest and your nose and mouth covered up. Then on Friday after spending the night in the sleep center they are running a CT of my chest, paper says Complete PFT with ABG too. Now if you ask me what that is my answer would be I do not know. I know he kept referring to my lung disease as Pulmonary Fibrosis I have not looked that up if its just a term or what.
He also told me I need to hang up side down to let the cysts in my lungs to drain out, meaning hang up side down and cough it up yea right like I am going to do that, I have vertigo already can you imagine me upside down from the bed or couch lol. What a sight!

News on my sister

The Week before Thanksgiving she was arrested again. This time for a meth lab. She went to court and was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine with a sentence of 14yrs to Life and/or a $50,000 fine. She goes back to court Dec 22 for her sentencing. This is her 3rd offense. It was her boyfriend Ricky and his cousin too who got arrested. Unfortunately it made front page of the Hobart Paper so most people know of it. This may sound cruel but its kind of a blessing, at least in prison shes eating, bathing etc, and Ricky aint beating on her every other day. It just sux for my mom because the only way she can see her right now is on Saturdays for 15mins during visiting hours. Until shes sentenced and sent to where ever it is they send her thats the way it will be however when they ship her off it will be more hard for mom to see her because it will be out of town somewhere.

To be perfectly honest I do not believe reality has sunk in with my sister nor myself. It just seems surreal right now, I am worried about my mom though with depression because its the holidays and now Brandy will not be able to join us. All I can do is what I am doing now is pray for Brandy and my mom.

Well I had been sick again and i went to the dr got antibiotics went home but 5 days later i was sicker so i went back last Tuesday and i had pneumonia so i was hospitalized. The kids got their flu shots but i was sick and running a fever so i couldnt get mine yet. I am much better now still have the head cold symptoms and slight cough but nothing like it was.

Tomorrow i am taking pastors youngest daughter to OKC to a drs appt. So i wont be home all day tomorrow. Then Wed is church then Thurs is my follow up appt. W

While i was sick my fever spiked up to 104F on one day i was actually seeing things that were not there. Got to trip without any drugs what fun NOT!

I guess our warm weather is over with I do tend to like this 60F weather though just i dont like the fact that i got sick. I guess thats all for now im hungry need lunch

so it got cold here, and leave it to me. Rescueing 3 kittens in the pouring rain for 2 hrs 2 weeks was NOT smart i got a cold then it went away and now i went to dr today got bronchitis. Lucky me lol. Its been cold here at night. Like 30-40F i know not that cold but enough for a big weather change. I wont type much i took some cough syrup that has dexameth and promethazine in it and it will knock me out here shortly since i took it like 30mins ago. Anyhow wanted to update a little was all. I am at my moms right now was too tired to drive home after my drs appt and getting up at 730am today didnt help much.

Well lately we keep seeing them around the yard. I think before today Felicia had found 3 maybe 4. Well today while giving the dogs water I look at the fence and theres this HUGE egg sac in a web and i look behind the garbage can and theres another St Andrews Cross spider :( Anyone that knows me knows im TERRIFIED of spiders and now i just googled the eggs and she can have up to 1400 baby spiders

So mind you to me it feels as if these creepy spiders are taking over my yard and I am left with numerous nightmares of spiders taking over. Whatever am I gonna do. I know they arent venomous thats so NOT the point, just thinking about them makes me think things are crawling all over me. And now when i goto get the mail theres that spider on the front fence, theres her 1400 babies. argggggggggggg

well today around 730am Kay had her daughter Emma. There was no complications due to the c-section and both Emma and Kay are doing good. Emma has a full set of brown hair and she weighed 6pds 13 ounces and was 21 1/2 in long. This was and is a big blessing to both parents and to everyone that knows them. After having difficulty getting pregnant then having complications during pregnancy and then having a chance things could go wrong it all worked out great. Brother Chris went this morning to be with them so he was there when Emma came into the world. God blessed all 3 of them and will continue to do so. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMA & WELCOME TO THE WORLD :)
Words can not express how happy I am for them. Just a lot of Faith and prayers helped.

Felicias ears

So after taking her back again cuz they were red and swelled we find out that she got bit by something in the ear most likely a spider. So on top of the ear infection and pain shes now dealing with a bite. She seems much better today although the pain is still there in the ears. I do believe though the headaches arent as bad as they were. So thats a good thing lets hope this 2nd round of antibiotics cure it all.

Felicia's troubles with ears

about 3 weeks ago she was swimming and she said her ears popped I did not think anything about due to fact when u swim and go under water yes your ears will pop. That is until about 2 weeks ago when her right ear was hurting her to the point she was in tears. So I took her to the drs here in Mangum he said it was sinus drainage gave her some antibiotics, Mucinex D 1200, and some ear drops that only numb the ears. Then she was complaining of a horrible headache and she was running a fever and now both ears hurt her, so i took her to the ER. They gave her a steroid shot that seemed to help for only 24hours. So now I take her to the reg dr who agrees that she has a nasty sinus infection and that the sinus is draining and making her ears hurt so she gives her another round of antibiotics and puts her on an antihistamine to add to the other meds. Well Saturday her eat her was swelled and red and hurting her still. So today I call the dr for the 4th time and she goes in at 1pm. I feel so hopeless I wish it could be my ear, then i wouldnt feel so bad for her you know. I do however demand something be done to help her at least with the pain. The swelling of the ear is NOT normal by any standards. So they had better figure something out. I dont know if there is a gland there or what maybe its blocked. I dont know much about ears, throat, nose and all that. anyhow i need to go wake her up its 1030am and we need to leave here around noon. So i will post later.

So the kids got their xbox 360 finally after 2+ yrs. They have 7 games i think now: Halo 3, Lost Planet Extreme Conditions, Viva Pinata Party Animals, Sonic the Hedgehog, Lost, Far Cry Predator/Instincts, & Rainbow Six Vegas 1. We bought halo 3 used at Hastings in Altus.

So Bryans vid card died and i had to buy a new one then come to find out i believe his PSU is dead so i ordered him a new one of that and itll be here tomorrow. Hopefully the artifacts and game crashing is due to the PSU and not the mobo. However if it is the mobo Jim said he will give me the money to buy him a new one so its all good.

I formatted my hdd as well long story it was by accident as i was formatting Bryans hdd i accidentally left my OS sata hdd plugged in and it screwed up my windows and it messed up the boot.ini then it wouldnt detect my hdd. SO i jsut formatted it and started all over. Its all good as well, other than the sata not being recognized and the kids homeschooling stuff missing 4 weeks of work it went smooth.

last Saturday we went to Lone Wolf and they had this annual festivities. They had a live band, booths for kids to do stuff, alot of different things. Then at night they had a fireworks show. It was very nice. I called Jim to meet us and believe it or not he showed up.

Tomorrow we are having a cook out with mom and then at night going to the Mangum firework show. Mom said shes gonna spend the night and go home Saturday.

First Jim quit his job at CR without discussing it with me without even listening to reason all because he hated his job he was there 6yrs. SO now he went to work at the Sayre Prison as a maintenance worker however he didnt realize he was gonna have to go through 5 weeks of training and most of it is stuff for guards. Hes doing self defense, CPR, gets to get sprayed with pepper spray, stuff like that I can tell hes not happy about that but my words for that is " you chose to do this without my opinion or advice or approval so you have no one to blame but yourself". If our marriage was even remotely close to be saving before it is definitely hanging by a thread now due to his decisions without me. The only thing i get is oh well its his life if he doesnt like this job he said he will quit and find another. Thats some way of living when you have a family but he doesnt see it that way. The only main thing he tells me is get a job. I do not worry so much about it because i truly believe God will take care of me and my kids, no matter what happens. I do not believe in divorce but i know in my heart that my marriage has been over for years I just stay here for sake of peace. One is knowing that i have no other place to go and 2 i still have 2 children to think about and even though Jim is crappy with me he still most of the time provides for us.

The insurance at the Sayre prison SUCKS that was a BIG disappointment to me. Again the answer i get is oh well. I am so discouraged i almost dont want to be bothered by it, but with my health i am apprehensive about that decision due to my failing health and the problems i have with my lungs. My dad keeps telling me to apply for SSI but i keep putting it off probably for fear it will take 4 yrs to get it going.

Anyhow thats it for now... the kids are at my moms and I am gonna find a movie to watch or play the wii or do something.

so yesterday after Bryans dentist appt we went to the mall to goto gamestop cuz i always let the kids look there and Bryan wanted Wii Fit well of course they were sold out so instead he bought the blaster for the wii and Felicia got a joystick to play with Flight Sim. Then i had to pee really bad on way home so i stopped at walmart in Altus and we looked and they had 2 wiifit's in stock so we bought one. I have to say Its kinda fun especially the games on it. I kick butt on the ski jump its the ONLY one i can play good lol. Anyhow wanted to post that....

camping

So the kids and I left last Thursday to go camping at the Wildlife Refuge outside of Lawton, we were originally supposed to come home on Saturday night but we ended up staying until Monday. This was the kids FIRST camping experience apart from staying in a tent in our yard. They had alot of fun and really enjoyed it. When we arrived on Thursday we drove around looking for a big camp with lots of shade we finally found one and it was the biggest one there imo. After pitching the tent up we tried to start a fire but for some reason it wouldnt stay lit (come to find out later it wasnt my fault the wood was too damp). Anyhow that night a raccoon kept bugging us and let me say it was 2x the size of one of my cats it was a HUGE coon. Yes i knew not to leave food out which is why we had a big blue plastic tote that was sealed well apparently that coon could smell the food even though it was sealed shut AND in the tent, cuz after going to bed Thurs night i kept hearing something clawing at the tent, finally I got up enough nerve to look and the coon had tore a hole about the size of a half dollar in the tent tryin to get at the food, needless to say we put the ice chest and the tote in my van after that. However after that we all 3 were scared to wake up to a coon in the tent with us. BTW the coon did bother us the whole time we were there. Friday mom and Jerry met us there she had Austin and I already had COlton there. Jerry started a fire that night thats when i found out my wood was too damp and that I wasnt ignorant. We had hot dogs and roasted marshmellows Friday night. The kids were having so much fun that we decided to stay until MOnday and mom was gonna take Jerry home Saturday feed her animals and come back(which she did). Jerry started a HUGE fight with my son and then started in on Felicia and then eventually me I wont go into detail here but he was a BIG JERK! Saturday night i once again was retarded and couldnt get the fire going but we did manage to make steaks on the skillet with my coleman cook stove. This was the same day that a HUGE BLACK tarantula was in the womens bathroom on the ceiling, some very nice gentleman got the spider off the ceiling but it had fell so it was dieing. (not that i minded). Sunday mom went home and the kids and I stayed another night. We came home on Monday. We are ready to go again i have been scoping out some places but i know with it being summer we have to have shade believe it or not even though it was 100F it wasnt all that hot down there in the shade. Besides the tarantulas, the coon and the zillion of ticks we had a blast. I am glad the kids had a good time other than Jerry being a jerk.

Drivers Ed/ permit for Felicia

well Felicia is officially 15 1/2 and is BUGGING ME CONSTANTLY to take her down and get her permit pkg. Ive been reading up on home taught parent drivers education and its 110$ thats what we are going to do use the Oklahoma parent taught cd rom, since i home school. The thing about the whole deal is i have NO clue about any of it. I mean i know how to drive and all that i just mean about drivers ed. She is very anxious to drive and I am very slow on letting her not that i don't trust her i don't trust OTHER drivers out there and i don't want to admit shes that old ok. or i should say that I'm getting old. Its ironic. When i was her age i didn't really care if i drove or not. I didn't even get my license until i was in my 20s although i did drive before that illegally lol. Some are saying that she has to take this achievement test that is required for 8th graders in public schools to take I haven't read anywhere about that though. Brother Chris is the one that heard that so i guess when we goto pick up her permit pkg we will find out. Pretty soon she will done with high school and off to college that day I will not be ready for at all. :( She still plans on attending pre-med then med school to become a doctor if you ask her what specialty though that she still does not know. Bryan is still hooked on becoming a police officer I am trying to persuade him into going farther into police science and do CSI work :) He wants to but then he doesn't. So like i said hes still undecided. I can just pray whatever it is both of them do is safe, and police work is not. So i have to just stand back and bite my tongue. All any mother can do for their children. When they move off and goto college I will be lonely I don't even want to think about that yet. Ok im done rambling....

Great Wolf Lodge

so we went to Grapevine, Tx last week to Great Wolf Lodge it was alot of fun, tiring but fun. I have posted some pics up to show. IT was myself, my 2 kids, my 3 yr old nephew and my mom that went. It was about a 4hr drive. They had lots to do than just the indoor water park, they offered this Magi Quest as well but we waited too long to finally purchase it that we did not get to actually finish the game but its alright we still had fun playing it except the up and down 8 flight of stairs that about killed me. The water slides were awesome all but the tornado one it scared me to death and i thought i was going to have a heart attack right there on the slide lol. It also scared Felicia as well and i felt bad but there was nothing that i could do for her but comfort her. The wave pool was my favorite. I would love to go back in fact I am already planning another trip maybe in Novemeber. The Motel/lodge was about 4 blocks from the Dallas/Ft Worth Intl Airport but believe it or not we didnt hear planes.

The Texas Motor Speedway was about 20miles from teh lodge so of course we stopped to take some pics. heres those♦

Truckers Shut Down 2008

as most of yall know my dad is an owner/operator in other words he is a truck driver. So the last few days the talk with him has been about the truckers shutdown or as some of the media is calling it a strike. Its not a strike. Some of the truckers drove to the capitol in Harrisburg, PA others going to Washington as others today drove 10-20mph in a protest on some of the turnpikes across the USA. Also some others picketed at truck stops over the price of Diesel. I totally agree that diesel is way too high and the truckers are right, without them we would NOT get our clothes, food, appliances even our mail. WIth the cost of fuel rising, the independent truckers are spending more on fuel than what their paychecks are. Its putting a hole in their pockets and taking away from their families. I know the main thing they wanted was some media attn to let the public be aware of what is happening and without truck drivers we as a nation would not be able to get most of our products that we come to rely on daily. I do pray that the shut down/protests stay peaceful, I know in some states there is certain ppl that like to act crazy so I am praying that this stays very peaceful. I remember one year some kids were shooting at truck drivers, so lets pray it doesnt happen this time. I have seen many vids today of convoys and i do hope that the point has come across to congress and representives across the US to do something to help the truck drivers. If it wasnt for dads wife's income dad would be in the hole or even bankrupt by now. Thats all for now....

My friend Jeff (xsiv) his wife Julie passed away Monday Feb. 25, 2008. I have been praying for him and their 3 sons all week and as a matter of fact been praying for that family for some time due to Julie was fighting cancer, Jeff has been sick off and on as well this past year. That family has had a very rough last 14 months. Been one thing after another, I am not sure how much more Jeff can handle before he completely breaks down himself. The funeral was Wednesday I will most likely call him Saturday to check in and see how he is holding up. She was his life so i I know hes not handling it well at all. :(

So Thursday is Thanksgiving i have A LOT to be thankful for. The more obvious ones my children, my health, my life God, my family, friends... The less obvious ones: I am thankful i have a roof over my head, friends that i can talk to. I could go on here but you get the jest of it.

Yesterday we rode the Farmrail train that was a lot of fun, all 4 kids first time on a train, i mean my kids and 2 nephews. Children services hosted it families with foster kids were invited. Pics here TRAIN I pulled the pics of the other kids for safety reasons. They gave door prizes away they were really nice prizes too. One was a gba sp another was a dvd player and a boom box. Mom and I won a tshirt she left me have it.

Thursday we are having dinner here at my house then on Friday me, Christina and 5 kids are going to the OKC Zoo. Thats my 2 and her 3 girls its supposed to be like high of 50F that day so it might be cold when we leave in the morning. Its all good though. I know the girls are lookin forward to it.

Tomorrow Felicia gets her 3rd gardisil shot and on Tuesday i have blood tests ran to check the liver due to my high cholesterol and also we 3 will get the Flu shot.

First off... moms bird Benji died, if i recall hes about 15yrs old. Hes a cockatiel and mom said she read they live around 10yrs still sad when an animal passes on. I didnt make things eaiser when i was irate because she was tryin to install a game and couldnt get it to go right. But thats because i have showed her so many times that i was frustrated with her.

We had a freeze warning here last night I am not sure how cold it got but its 66F here already today so it must not have got too cold or it did and i just dont know it.

Mom went to court on Colton again theyve prolonged it AGAIN until APril. Brandy can see Colton on Saturdays now though so thats a start but will she continue to do them is the MAIN question.

After reading this I am full of questions. I mean I wasn't even aware a 7yr old could concept death let alone suicide. And to boot he hung himself. How does a 7yr old even know how to do that. I think when the story comes out maybe it will read accidentally killed himself. Which is what it should read now. but after re-reading it it does say because of a poor grade. I feel bad for the parents having to have found him I thought suicide was usually something teenagers or pre-teens did not a baby of 7yrs old. This poor family. Now i will move onto other topics..

October ramblings

Well today is the 5th of Oct, in 3 more days my lil girl will be 15, boy am i getting up there in the years lol. Anyone that knows me knows that im lieing on that remark. I will be 33 on Oct8 yes me and Felicia are 18yrs apart and yes my daughter was born on my birthday before you say oh kewl it wasnt cool being in labor on my 18th bday trust me on this. So in 6 months she will be able to drive with a learners permit and of course there is no way we can afford to buy her her own car so unfortuantly shes stuck with either driving my minivan or Jims truck and even though he says she can drive his truck im not sure she should. WHen i "borrow" his truck he goes out and counts the scratches and dings TRUST ME on this i am not lieing or exaggerating he does do this. So for a teenager to drive his "precious" can you imagine. I mean put it this way in a big parking lot he will park the farthest from the door to avoid other cars and this truck is NOT brand new its a 98 Ford s10 and it wasnt new when he bought it, he wants to drive me battier i swear.

Tomorrow is Jim's work picnic at the lake, what fun this should be. Last year a coworker of his in front of me offered to make his plate of food claiming that she was being nice becuase of this leg. THeres nothing wrong with his leg so he mustve lied to get out of work or whatever. I can tell you this he doesnt want to be there this year. Hes tried everything to get out of it. So now hes gonna drive his truck and leave to goto Elk City during it. SOmething odd/fishy going on there when hes the one who made us goto the picnic and signed us up. But okay whatever.

I got our season pass for the OKC Zoo today so now we can goto the Oklahoma City ZOo anytime we want and get in for free, sounds kewl except its 150miles to OKC hehe. But im ready anytime i love the zoo.

Coltons birthday is Oct 30 he will be 3. Hes been a terror lately for my mom, I dont know what shes done in life to deserve the grief both my nephews give her its really not fair that my sister gave birth to 2 sons yet has nothing to do with them and never will now that she is losing all parental rights. Thats one thing i will never understand is how she cant care.

Its sad about the bridge in Minn though (my prayer go out to them and their friends/family) thats an act of random disaster not murder. I do think lately though all thats been in the news is murder and rape. What is this world coming to. Its a very sad site to be watching the news and all this violence is on it which is why i dont watch the news cuz i dont want my kids watching all that crap.

Anyhow on another note: i got my blood results back and my triglycerides are very high so Im on lopid 600mg twice a day. lucky me i guess my low fat-low choestrol diet all these yrs isnt working anymore. Thats it for now..

so get this i get a letter in the mail today that says to contact my dr asap for the lab tests I had ran last week, so i call right... no answer i keep getting the answering machine. So now im pissed off. Yes i cussed. The card says Your results from the following lab tests were normal then nothing is checked and on bottom it says You need to give us a call about your lab results asap. so i thought i would say im alive.
Lets see in case you didnt know im fosterng 2 kittens. One of them we named Tigger and other Cali, Tigger has this eye infection so i called my vet and they said to keep washing it with warm water and visene so i have been but now it looks as if his one eye is blind. I sure hope not. They r both infested with fleas so i bought some flea powder and tomorrow ill get them each a flea collar cuz they are still too young for the vet med that goes behind neck which we use revolution.

I bought a razr phone off ebay and well it was broke so i had to send it back and they got it on Thurs and have not yet refunded me back, im getting a lil aggravated i cant buy another one until i have that money. Very frustrating becuz i drove all the way to Lawton to get a sim card for it then finding out it didnt work was a let down. So now i patiently wait for the refund or impatiently however u wanna look at it.

Me and Felicia keep getting bit by something either mosquitos or fleas we both have all these bites all over us. and boy do they itch like crazy :(

Felicia got baptized last Sunday (July 22, 2007) she was saved about a yr ago but the baptism kept being put off she was very excited, it was her Bryce and Victoria. I got pics not great but got some.

I had some tests ran last week blood and urine. There was blood in my urine again, and the blood was sent off.

where has 2007 gone. I swear just yesterday it was Jan. and now here it is the 7th month. Bryan will be 13 next month and Felicia will be 15 in October sheesh im getting older and the kids sure make sure i know it.

I talked to dad briefly yesterday i didnt get to ask him how he was feeling he was busy in the garage is all i know. Hes still not working of course and I am assuming that his semi isnt fixed yet either. Hes like us and lives paycheck to paycheck, aint it great hehe. I think half the country lives this way, then when an emergency comes up you dont have the money to do what you need you to so you rob Peter to pay Paul. I know his scenerio all too well.

so last night we went to see the fireworks display here in town, as always it was nice. Then we went to Lee's to watch him and Austin let them off (Austin is my 7yr old nephew- LEe is his daddy) anyhow did that had fun.

TOday we went to Oklahoma City to the Science Omniplex. Saw 2 movies i guess you could say was good and fun. More info on that is OKC Omniplex Watching the omnidome movie made me a bit motion sickness. Anyhow im tired....

Yesterday my dad was involved in an accident. He drives a semi truck and well in Indiana it was raining and he hit the guy in front of him after hitting the guard rail. He is okay just banged up but the semi truck is in bad shape. So hes gonna be without a job for awhile and no truck.

Jim's last day of work is tomorrow hes off until July 9th, what fun for me.

Its been raining here in oklahoma and texas forever so alot of places have flooding. So far we do not have flooding but that doesnt mean we wont later.

so its Memorial Day and none of us go to do anything due to the fact that we are all sick. Mom and I wanted to goto Clinton to put flowers on the graves but like i said we are all sick. I just talked to mom and shes goin back to bed becuz shes still sick. I havent been out of bed much since well I had surgery Tuesday and well since surgery I havent been out of bed longer than prob 10mins at a time. The only reason I am able to type all this is cuz im on the laptop.

My stitches are driving me crazy today they ITCH LIKE no end. I have to stop myself from scratching becuz i may pull them out. I sure hope i am better cuz Thurs i gotta go to Lawton to get them out. I told mom I would go up by myself with the kids.

I hope everyone has a safe memorial day weekend or well had. Since today is the last day of the weekend. Jim goes back to work tomorrow I have hardly seen him or talked to him not on purpose just cuz i havent been coherant long enough to talk to him. Anyhow thats it....

have 6 stitches in my face, stayed at moms until Thursday cuz i was sick to stomach then came home and Friday woke up with a horrible cold and cough that has kept me in bed since. I couldnt even get up long enough to goto church today. Apparntly nor did mom. My nose is running like a waterfall today and now my nose is terribly red and sore. I keep coughing up my lungs which in return hurts my jaw, pulling the stitches and then hurting my throat and makin me pee myself, so it is NOT FUN! The kids are sick too and Jim is the only one not. its not fair. I still cannot open my mouth fully cuz of the stitches i assume. I go back thursday to have them removed lets hope that i live that long. So anyhow thats it for now wanted to check in.

btw i cant sleep im hot sweaty and i cant sleep.

Surgery Tues May 22 @9am

so hospital finally calls me today to tell me to be there at @ 8am Tues to admit to outpatient surgery and fill out tons of paperwork. And approx 9am they claim they put me in for surgery but we shall see. The procedure takes about 1hr. I thought that kinda long just to remove a cyst but ok. Anyhow we booked a motel room at the Baymont Inn and its only 70$ for one night (2adults, 3 children) well Felicia, Bryan and my nephew Colton who is 2 so he dont count lol. so earlier i was talking to a friend on irc about it more like i was ranting and he was listening for some odd reason. Anyhow our gas prices here are $3.28/gal for 87 ocatane. This is highway robbery and yes im quite upset about it especially since i called my dr to confirm my surgery on May 22 and the lady said in Lawton that gas is only 3.11 so that means that the gas stations here in Mangum and Hobart are raising the damn gas prices to price gouge. Everywhere is cheaper except us here in these small towns. How is that right or even fair or even legal. Me and mom thought about contacting one of our local news channels but we are not sure if it will even do any good. Its ridiculous. Makes ppl not want to go anywhere and its not fair to the ppl that never leave town. I will bet even Altus 20miles away is cheaper than us cuz they are a military town and are bigger. Im half tempted to call one of the stations there and ask what their gas price is, but i am afraid to cuz that will just piss me off more. I want to know how these towns get away with it and i know we cant be the only small towns getting cheated like this. What the convenience of not leaving town is the reason they raise the prices? So if i had more money and drove 20 miles to say 10 cents a gall is less convenient than getting ripped off in my town? These small towns know ppl wont leave town to save a few bucks is the problem. Sad but true unfortunately

its not long anymore its short. I love it! I am sure everyone else its gonna take some getting used to though. Cuz well this is first time in 32 yrs ive had short hair.
